1. Scope and who we are

TrierX Technologies ("TrierX", "we", "our" or "us") provides a cloud-based customer relationship management and business operations solution. This Privacy Policy applies to the TrierX website, website enquiry forms, sales and support communications, and personal data processed by TrierX in connection with its services.

For website enquiries and our own business administration, TrierX determines why and how personal data is processed. When a business customer uses TrierX CRM to manage data about its leads, customers, employees or other individuals, that customer generally determines the purpose of processing and TrierX processes the data on its behalf under the applicable service agreement.

2. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with TrierX, we may collect:

  • Enquiry and contact data: full name, business email, company name, phone number and country code, location, optional team size, selected plan or area of interest, requirements and consent.
  • Communication data: emails, support requests, call details and information you provide during demos, onboarding or commercial discussions.
  • Website and technical data: page URL, submission time, browser or device information, IP address and security logs that may be generated by our hosting and form-processing services.
  • Account and service data: authorized-user details, roles, support history, configuration information and usage records required to provide and secure TrierX CRM.
  • Customer-controlled CRM data: information a customer chooses to store in TrierX, such as leads, customer records, quotations, payment or invoice records, task information, itinerary details and communication logs.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data through the public website form unless TrierX specifically requests it through an appropriate secure channel.

3. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data directly from you when you complete a form, email or call us, request a demo, discuss pricing, create or use an authorized account, or communicate with our sales and support teams. We may also receive data from the organization you work for, an authorized TrierX customer, configured integrations, and infrastructure or security providers.

4. How and why we use personal data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to demo, pricing, product and support enquiries.
  • Evaluating requirements, preparing proposals and managing customer relationships.
  • Creating accounts and providing, configuring, maintaining and supporting TrierX CRM.
  • Authenticating users, managing permissions, preventing abuse and protecting our systems.
  • Improving product functionality, reliability, user experience and service delivery.
  • Sending service-related notices and, where permitted, relevant business communications.
  • Complying with contractual, accounting, tax, regulatory and legal obligations.
  • Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Where applicable, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or other permitted and legitimate uses under applicable data-protection law. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5. Website forms and Google Workspace

Website form submissions are sent to a TrierX-controlled Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in Google Sheets. A lead notification is also sent to our sales inbox so the appropriate team can respond. Google Workspace and related Google services act as service providers for this workflow. Access to the destination Sheet is restricted to authorized TrierX personnel.

6. When we share personal data

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it only where reasonably necessary to:

  • Authorized TrierX personnel and contractors who need it to perform their duties.
  • Cloud hosting, storage, email, form-processing, security, analytics, communication and support providers acting under appropriate obligations.
  • Third-party integrations enabled or requested by a customer, subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers or parties involved in a legitimate corporate transaction.
  • Government authorities, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies when required by applicable law or necessary to protect legal rights and safety.

7. International processing

Our service providers or customer-selected integrations may process data in locations outside your state or country. Where required, TrierX applies reasonable contractual, organizational and technical safeguards and follows applicable restrictions governing cross-border processing.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to enquiries, maintaining customer relationships, providing contracted services, resolving disputes and satisfying legal, security, tax and accounting requirements. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the data and the relevant contractual or legal obligation. Data is deleted, anonymized or securely archived when it is no longer required.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, role-based permissions, secure communication, restricted administrative access and monitoring appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe data connected to TrierX has been compromised, contact us immediately.

10. Cookies, local storage and external resources

The website uses session storage to remember your light or dark theme choice for the current browser session. Our hosting services may maintain essential technical logs for security and reliable delivery. The site also loads resources such as fonts, images or form services from approved third-party infrastructure. TrierX does not use the public website to sell personal data or run behavioral advertising by default. If analytics or non-essential cookies are introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

11. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, you may request information about the personal data we process, access it, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, request erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Where applicable, you may also exercise rights relating to nomination or complaint escalation. Some requests may be limited where retention is required by law, contract, security needs or the rights of others.

To exercise a privacy right, email support@trierx.com with the subject “Privacy request.” If TrierX processes your data solely for one of our customers, we may refer your request to that customer.

12. Children's privacy

TrierX is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal data through this website. If you believe a child has provided data to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and take suitable action.

13. Third-party websites and integrations

Links and integrations provided by third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. TrierX is not responsible for a third party's independent processing practices. Customers should review those practices before enabling an integration.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, legal obligations or processing practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate service channel.
